On November 18, 2017, the new teacher training seminar held by BC College was successfully completed.

The training was led by Sun Jin teacher who has many years of teaching experience and also a senior teacher at BC. This training was held for the new teachers who have zero-based oral teaching techniques, and also to demonstrate classroom activities and lessons that can be useful. Especially for teachers who will be in charge for the embassy, foreign enterprises, International schools, and other major colleges and universities, to combine their teaching skills and lessons with student’s characteristics, and other aspects.

The new teachers said they got many benefit from this training. Although all of them were graduated from teaching Chinese as a foreign language major and other related majors, they also need professional guidance and assistance in applying their theoretical foundations to the teaching practice.

Last week, BC also participated in the recruitment dual-selection session of the University of International Business and Economics, as the only foreign language institution that were participating in the conference. BC College has also completed the follow-up interview screening, and all of the new teachers will also conduct all-round and multi- course training. A lot of new teachers reflected that the training is different from listening to their teachers lectures at universities. At BC, they can access various types of courses, regular examination and training to get more practical knowledge and guidance in teaching, and they can also easily hold a  variety of courses in the future for students from all over the world.

2. Introductory Class (Theory + Practical Course)

It is suitable for those who are interested in communicating with foreigners and who have the intention to engage in the foreign language industries and international education. The content is related to the theory of intermediate – advance oral courses, all levels of HSK, grammatical refinement and performance, etc. The trainer will personally demonstrates step by step practice in class for the trainees.

In addition, there are also opportunities to participate in foreign student gathering activities, visiting business enterprises, speaking corner and other students practice exchange activities. Getting in contact with students’ real life environment, to understand more about them.
