In the middle of October, Professor Zhang Xiaowei and Vice Professor Li Gang asked me, "Do you want to learn Chinese?" I came in the middle of June this year to receive their invitation. I replied immediately that I’ll think about it. Since I found the opportunity, I was very willing to learn Chinese, so I jumped up happily! I have experience of learning Chinese in the Chinese class of Tsukuba citizens in Japan. But at that time, I couldn’t understand, speak and write Chinese yet. If I don't understand Chinese, it will be difficult to live in China, such as shopping, traveling, taking taxis and talking to people living nearby. Learning Chinese become more important day by day.

I started my Chinese class on 20^th October. Our teacher was Ni Jia, and in the beginning of the class I knew that she is a good teacher and have an ideal way in teaching. I am also a teacher in the University, and I know students like to receive distributed information. Our teacher prepared the materials thoroughly, such as verbs, adjectives, adverbs, directional auxiliaries, directional complements, body words, sports words, action verbs, entertainment words, time auxiliaries, language words, measuring words, conveying words, interrogative words, and place words. Ni Jia teacher always greet us with a smiling face, and always smiles in class. This is very important to ease our nervousness. I am grateful to have such a good teacher in class.
