On Tuesday evening, December 21st, 2021, BC Mandarin School successfully organize a lecture around the topics “Cooperation Revolution and Cross-Cultural Management”. The lecture invite a guest speaker who has more than 20 years management experience in foreign companies such as Microsoft, HP etc. This lecture attracted audiences from well-known companies, such as Asahi Shimbun,Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Chunichi Shimbun and Japanese Embassy etc.
During the lecture, the guest speaker interacts frequently with the audiences. When they talked about the different management model, the audiences shared their company and their industrial model and discussed the pros and cons. When people asked about the management of BC Mandarin School, the Dean said, as the shape of APPLE, he is not that “red spot” who give order, he is receiver of the information which provided by staffs and teachers. When staffs and teachers found some new things or new projects, they will take the initiative to send to him, which give him a lot of pressure. His humorous and contrasting answer make people laugh.
With the good food and wine, we continued our in-depth communication. After the lecture, the audience told us that they benefited a lot and the lecture also broaden their mind, especially for those senior managers. They are facing people from different ages and different nationalities; therefore, it is important for them to know how to motivate and find the potential of their employees.
